Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will take charge of managing and optimizing the company's digital platforms, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for driving online presence, managing e-commerce activities, and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Digital Strategies: Translate business goals into effective digital strategies, aiming to drive growth, improve brand visibility, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage E-Commerce Platforms: Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring they deliver an engaging and seamless customer experience while supporting sales objectives.
  • Website & App Optimization: Promote the website and mobile app, ensuring they provide a high-quality user experience (UX) and are optimized for driving online business growth.
  • Lead Digital Campaigns: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, constantly looking for new ways to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate on Content Marketing: Work with the marketing content team to refine content across email, social media, blogs, and video, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Regularly report key performance metrics, including SEO rankings, customer segmentation, and PPC campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Enhance Online Reputation & Feedback Management: Manage online reviews and feedback for marketplace sales portals, performing competitor analysis to drive strategic improvements.
  • Coordinate Digital Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams, external developers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing efforts, aligning front-end marketing with back-end IT operations.
  • Optimize Conversion Rates: Conduct market research, usability tests, and customer behavior analysis to optimize conversion rates and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring the business maintains a competitive edge in the marketplace.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • E-Commerce & CMS Expertise: Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) such as Magento, WordPress, and related tools.
  • SEO, SEM & PPC Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising strategies, with a proven ability to drive traffic and improve rankings.
  • Analytics & Reporting Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective project management and multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear analysis and recommendations based on data.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking: A mix of creative thinking and a data-driven approach, with a strong focus on optimizing performance through actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze data and create impactful reports.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and driving projects forward.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in wholesale or B2B environments is an advantage but not required.
