Responsibilities:

• Manage the Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest channels.
• Responsible for executing a unique social strategy plan.
• Collaborating closely with the content and video teams to create signature content that aligns with the brand objectives and target audience.
• Increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and creative teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.

You are:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty industry and a fast-paced eCommerce business.
• Minimum of 3 years in a creative role, with a track record of implementing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations.
• Strong background in content creation and editing
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram), current trends, beauty, pop culture and emerging technologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Skilled in photography and videography, with a solid understanding of lighting techniques.
• Proven experience in building and rolling out a strong brand identity.
