Job Title: Marketing Manager (Tech)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Working with a leading tech business who supply ESG software to their global client base, you’ll be joining an organisation dedicated to innovation, quality & excellent customer service. As the company continues to grow they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in their strategy and success, moving forward.
The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated, detail-oriented and ambitious. They will be a Marketing Manager with a tech background and experience leading inbound and outbound marketing strategies. In this role, the new Marketing Manager will manage the website (using HubSpot), focus on lead generation and outbound marketing while supporting content creation.

Requirements:
- A strong generalist marketing background within a tech environment.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound marketing, particularly in lead generation.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, and website management.
- Team leader or management experience.
- Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to go above and beyond in tasks.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a personable and articulate manner.
- Ability to work in the office 3 days a week (Glasgow-based), adhering to office hours (9:00am - 5:30pm).
