Position: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, keeping to budgets and timelines
• Regularly update the website, using SEO and PPC to boost visibility
• Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor channels, and engage with followers
• Write engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media, and PR
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to create standout campaigns
• Identify partnerships and brand development opportunities
• Analyse performance data, making recommendations for future improvements
• Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key team members
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials

Skills & Experience:

• Proven marketing experience, with a creative eye and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
