The Marketing Manager’s overall objective is to execute the company’s marketing strategy as well as manage the existing marketing team. You will also be responsible for brand growth and creating marketing campaigns. To be successful you will have experience in marketing leadership role, proven experience of developing and executing marketing strategies and be able to effectively manage your team to deliver marketing results. You will have a strong knowledge of SEO, social media and email marketing.

To fit in with the company’s culture and ethos, you will be an excellent communicator, be honest, diligent and hard working.

The Marketing Managers hey responsibilities will include:

• Developing an effective marketing strategy in line with company objectives and with collaboration with the sales team leadership
• Manage and lead the existing marketing team ensuring continuous development and training where required
• Oversee the marketing campaigns across social media including e-shots, SEO and SEM
• Analyse reports and present periodically to the Directors
