This role is remote but with weekly meetings in central London.

- Overall you will lead fundraising activities and marketing strategies to generate sustainable income through various efforts, especially targeting the Russian-speaking community in the UK and Europe. This includes:
- Manage large-scale fundraising events and digital campaigns.
- Enhance donor engagement and maintain communications across different platforms.
- Report on fundraising performance and support operational activities.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English.
- Experience in fundraising and marketing, preferably within charity sectors.
- Must be able to travel to London regularly.
