The wholesale marketing team develops strategies and oversees global marketing campaigns for the wholesale business. We sit within the international brand marketing and communications department, managing both internal and external branding.

Our responsibilities include internal/external communications, media relations, digital presence, social media, and sponsorships. We also guide the corporate brand alongside the corporate marketing team.

What we ask of you:

The marketing coordinator will support the marketing team in delivering key campaigns. You'll manage operations and drive processes for consistent and impactful marketing efforts.

Key activities include:

• Project-manage marketing campaigns to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a content calendar, aligning with brand principles.
• Support business development with tailored materials.
• Collaborate on cross-team projects.
• Assist with invoicing, compliance, and communications.
• Keep the website and portal updated.
• Coordinate engagement and broker lists.
• Manage quarterly marketing reporting.
• Be a key contact for team assistants.
• Promote communication and content within the team.
