Marketing Manager £40-£45k

About the Role:

In this new and exciting role as a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and development of the company, through planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that support lead generation, nurture and conversion and which build the brand awareness and reputational value of their client in its key markets.

Key Tasks

  • Create, develop and implement a marketing strategy in accordance with company growth objectives.
  • Report to the Directors on the implementation and success of this strategy, including KPIs and performance metrics and be able to demonstrate ROI on key marketing activities.
  • Be conversant (and able to personally execute activity) in a broad range of marketing channels including both digital (e.g. thought leadership content creation, website management, email marketing, webinars, etc.) and offline (e.g. managing client/prospect events, development of marketing assets and collateral etc.).
  • Work alongside each Regional Office to plan and execute localised marketing activities that support regional growth and the acquisition of new business for each office.
  • Manage the company’s external marketing agencies and suppliers, providing a clear brief and strategy to them and ensuring they meet and exceed agreed deliverables.
  • As part of this, control and monitor all areas of marketing spend within an agreed marketing budget.
  • Create and implement an effective CRM (and email marketing) system that supports lead nurture and conversion with current clients and new prospects.
  • As the company grows, manage future staff recruited to deliver marketing activities as necessary.
  • Contribute to recruitment goals through assistance with recruitment branding and raising the company’s profile
  • Represent the company at key stakeholder and public events.

  • Highly proficient with related software, particularly CRM systems.

Qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.

Membership of a professional body such as CIM

Proven success in developing highly effective marketing plans and campaigns which contribute significantly
