We are working with a reputable commercial cleaning company that is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and drive their marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join a forward-thinking team and play a key role in enhancing brand presence and driving business growth.
About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a strong focus on social media—specifically LinkedIn—and a passion for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content such as social media posts, blog posts, and case studies that resonate with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Lead the organic and paid social media strategy, particularly focusing on LinkedIn, to grow the company’s online presence and foster audience engagement.
- Event Management: Assist in coordinating and managing the company’s participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- CRM Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of CRM systems between sales and marketing, setting up workflows and processes for effective program management and performance tracking.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support their efforts, including presentations, flyers, brochures, and other resources.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, with expertise in social media marketing—especially LinkedIn.
- Excellent content creation skills, with an ability to produce compelling materials for diverse audiences.
- Experience in event management and coordinating promotional activities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly working with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals.
