Marketing Manager

Location: Wetherby

Salary: £50,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 days in the office and 1 working from home

Benefits: Car allowance, 25 days plus stats annual leave, company pension, company bonus

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will execute and devise the full marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s objectives and drives growth across all channels. You will take charge of managing and coordinating events while building a strong brand presence. Travel is involved, so flexibility and a willingness to meet with clients and attend events is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and coordinate a variety of events
• Craft compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Launch new products with effective marketing campaigns
• Oversee and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
• Assist with branding efforts to maintain and enhance the company image
• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager
• Strong knowledge and expertise in content writing
• Broad marketing experience across various channels
• Proven experience managing a marketing team
• Hardworking, driven, and results-oriented
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and events
