As Account Manager you’ll be the point of contact for your clients, from understanding briefs, providing feedback and managing expectations, through to building valued relationships that grow and flourish. You’ll be responsible for managing projects, scoping work, collaborating with internal teams and the design studio to seamlessly plan workflow, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects on time, on brief and within budget.
Responsibilities of this Account Manager include –
- Manage campaigns and projects from brief to completion
- Key point of contact with clients – day-to-day client communication and liaison
- Interrogate, write and deliver briefs to the studio, quality checking, and feeding back on creative against the brief
- Work closely with internal teams including Design, Digital and Copy
- Plan workflow - build realistic project plans that enable deadlines to be met
- Management of finances - monitoring all budgets and costs on jobs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
What we’re looking for
You’re currently an Account Manager or Project Manager, with agency-side experience, working on print and digital projects and campaigns, seeking your next challenge.
