Digital Marketing Executive – Godalming, Surrey

We are delighted to be recruiting for this charity who are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.

Day to day the Digital Marketing Executive will be developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately contribute to online product sales. This job will offer you the chance to build on existing experience, to try new things, and develop skills in new channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. You will have a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in a B2C environment with a keen interest in digital marketing tools and techniques. Experience of eCommerce is essential, Shopify preferred. Experience of all Social Media platforms, eCRM systems (Mailchimp/Klayvio), Google Analytics and SEO best practices all key. A good working knowledge of Adobe Suite is also preferred.

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for maintaining digital platforms, as well as implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Website management
• Campaign delivery
• Content creation
• Reporting & research

• You will need proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C online environment, retail is a plus

• Keen interest and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing tools / techniques

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Strong creative outlook, with impressive presentation skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must, Shopify, Mailchimp and/or Klayvio eCRM experience preferred

• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience managing social media platforms

• Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
