Future Prospects Group are proud to be working with an established and successful business to recruit a Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be an organised, creative, and detail-oriented person with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.

THE ROLE

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, email, social media, and events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Help create engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in organising and promoting events such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring projects stay within allocated funds.

THE CANDIDATE

The suitable Marketing Coordinator will be proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, internship, or similar position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
