Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Herefordshire (Office based - 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and support business growth. You'll oversee all aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to product launches, and work cross-functionally with teams!

Responsibilities;

• Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and social media.
• Manage and develop media relations and PR activities
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to execute campaigns.
• Oversee branding and positioning efforts to maintain a consistent company image.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing efforts and lead generation.
• Manage budgets, set KPIs, and report on the performance of campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Successful marketing and PR background
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
• Digital Experience - including Paid Search, Paid Social, Website Management
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
