Job Title: Senior Strategist/Associate Strategy Director

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time or 4 days

Location: Bristol, UK Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office per week.

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 per annum depending on level.

We are working with very well-respected packaging design agency, based in the vibrant city of Bristol, that specialise in pushing boundaries and creating innovative, impactful designs.

They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Strategist or Associate Strategy Director to lead the strategy for their largest global account.

What you will be doing.

Leading and managing the strategic direction of the account, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand consistency.

Developing and sharing strategic insights, market analysis, and recommendations with both internal team and clients.

Collaborating closely with creative teams to translate strategy into compelling packaging designs that connect with target audiences.

Building and nurturing strong relationships, acting as the go-to person for all things strategy on the account.

Keeping a close eye on how our strategies are performing and tweaking them as needed to get the best results.

Staying on top of industry trends and spotting new market opportunities to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

The experience you will need

Experience in a strategic role within a packaging design agency, you could be an established Senior Strategist or Associate Strategy Director.

Solid track track record in working with large-scale, global clients.

You’ll need the confidence to command a room, guiding contacts through your research and insights, inspiring them with your recommendations.
