Hours- between 8-5 but flexible around child care etc 

Office based role- location Solihul 

Duties and responsibilities:  Working on behalf of clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Progression Prospects:

The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures

Skills and experience:

• experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.

• Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)

• Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

• Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Self-motivated
