Paid Media Manager | Manchester City Centre | £45,000+ DOE
Ready to spearhead the efforts of the brand-new paid advertising team? Want a role where you can take ownership, make an impact, & hit the ground running from day one?
We’re looking for a ‘Paid Media Manager’ to join a rapidly accelerating, Manchester city-centre-based marketing agency.
You’ll be joining a rapidly growing agency, managing a total paid advertising budget of £150,000+/month, with huge clients in the fashion, sport, fragrance, & car detailing industries (& more). You will have direct exposure to the full lifecycle of projects and clients.
With 4 brand new hires in 2024, so far, the agency is truly going from strength to strength. Time to get stuck in & get testing, testing, testing - ready to scale to the moon as we approach Q4.
The scope of opportunity for progression in this role can’t be understated. As the first experienced hire in the brand new paid media team, you will quickly progress to the ‘Head of Paid Media’, as PPC executives are brought into the business as soon as 3 months after you start.
You will have the opportunity to work very closely and learn from the business founders – people who have been there, done it, and can propel your career.

About You:
- 3+ years in paid advertising; agency preferable.
- Recent activation experience essential; must be a ‘hands-on’ marketer.
- Experience in Meta Advertising, managing large budgets.
- A desire to be a leader of people & have their own team, in the future.
- Very well organized & a great time manager.
