Position: E-commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Wolverhampton, on-site
Salary: £40,000

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the online sales performance of their e-commerce platforms. You will develop and execute e-commerce strategies, manage online marketing campaigns, and optimise the user experience to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and optimise the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and seamless functionality.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Analyse website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online channels.
- Oversee the inventory management and fulfilment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the e-commerce budget and track ROI on all marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on e-commerce performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management and fulfilment processes is a plus.
