Hybrid (2 days on site) - Central London - £49,803 - £58,613 - Permanent or temp - perm role.

As the CRM & Conversion Manager you will be responsible for managing incoming prospective student enquiries and effectively utilising the School's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to deliver a high standard of communication and customer service.

Responsible for the overall conversion communications for prospects (from enquirer to applicant to enrolled student) and development and implementation of an Enquirers and Offer Holders Nurture Track (call backs, webinars, and email communication strategy).

  • CRM experience.
  • H.E sector experience (ideally).
  • Line management skills.

  • 6 months (can also be a temp - perm role if all goes well).
  • Salary: £49,803 - £58,613 (inclusive of London weighting)
  • Hybrid: 2 days on site, 3 days WFH.
  • 5 days week - 35 hours - can be flexible on this if required.
  • Central London.
