• Develop and implement communication strategies targeted at internal staff and customers globally.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate with marketing and agency departments to optimise messaging and outreach.
• Manage content creation for field communication platforms.

Profile

The successful Global Communications Specialist will...

• Demonstrate experience in a similar role, considering internal and/or external communications
• Demonstate excellent copywriting skills; and ideally some within content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools.
• The ability to work with different cultures; comfortable with occasional travel throughout the year.
