My well established Client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team who wants a career rather than a job. As their Marketing Manager, you will develop within 2 years as their Marketing Director managing a team. You will be controlling all functions of marketing driving the business forward, taking full ownership of this function of the business.

As the Marketing Manager you will also have the opportunity to attend trade shows internationally and nationally such as Vegas, Dubai, Europe experience heading up the marketing function, managing a team of individuals driving the marketing function of the business forward to increase revenue and reach.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:

- Looking into the business and creating a gap analysis on what they need to reach their business goals.

- Creating marketing campaigns on different elements of their business and monitoring reach and targeted audience.

- Managing the marketing for webinars, LinkedIn, trade shows and events ensuring you are targeting the right audience.

- Analysing data regarding leads and revenue made from marketing impacts.

- Implementing new marketing tools into the business they don't already have.

- Leaning on the senior members of the business to understand their business, culture and audience and they will be leaning on your marketing specialities, taking ownership of what you need to grow their business.

- Implementing SEO into the editorial team and training them where needed.

- Building the marketing team upwards to progress yourself to become the marketing director.

- Attend trade shows and analyse competitors in the business to engage leads for the sales team.

- Revamping the companies branding, website, media pack etc.

- Monitor trends and feedback on future marketing plans to grow the business.

- Segment data and target correct audiences in business.

Experience of the Marketing Manager:

- Experience heading up the Marketing function of the business.

- Managerial experience.

- SEO.

- Google Analytics.

- Analysing data and targeting correct audiences.

- Rebranding and website upgrades.

- Taking ownership of marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Monitoring industry trends and implementing those into the business.

- Mailchimp.

- Knowledge of loomly or something similar for the back suite analysis.
