Our client, a rapidly expanding legal firm specialising in immigration, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital to join their team remotely. This role is crucial as they continue their impressive 50% year-on-year growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and mentoring the digital team to drive the company’s growth and strategic goals.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies across social media, CRM, email marketing, paid media, website management, and content creation.
  • Maintaining an agile and optimisation-focused mindset, constantly evaluating and adjusting strategies to adapt to quick changes.
  • Conducting market research, analysing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to enhance digital efforts.
  • Cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within a fast-paced, small business environment.
What Experience You'll Need to Apply:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge across various channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating a proactive, agile mindset and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
