What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring the digital team to drive the company’s growth and strategic goals.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies across social media, CRM, email marketing, paid media, website management, and content creation.
- Maintaining an agile and optimisation-focused mindset, constantly evaluating and adjusting strategies to adapt to quick changes.
- Conducting market research, analysing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to enhance digital efforts.
- Cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within a fast-paced, small business environment.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge across various channels.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and developing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating a proactive, agile mindset and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full-time, flexible position with 100% remote work.
- A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
