Digital Marketing Officer | Nottingham | Permanent | £22,000- £26,000
We are working with an amazing company that is searching for a Digital Marketing Officer to join their busy team . Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to support their Advisor Team in searching and networking with high-grade contacts, using marketing systems to approach appropriate prospects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent content writing and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms is essential.
What you will be doing:
Identify and market new opportunities in the region with the aim of generating leads for potential clients.
Support advisers with their activities.
Ensure all searching is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner, adhering to both internal and external legislative requirements.
Monitor leads generated by this role and ensure timely follow-up by advisers.
Write accurate, engaging content for use on social media platforms as required.
Produce effective promotional text and website articles, utilising materials from the Marketing Site on the Intranet and suggest original content when appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and wider Administration Team as needed.
Stay up to date with template changes and advice notes.
Undertake continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal growth objectives.
Perform administrative duties as required to assist workflow.
What we are looking for:
Strong written communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Experience in Financial Services Products and Services is desirable.
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
Confident in dealing with third parties, with the ability to work with total discretion.
Capable of creating, writing, and producing accurate content for social media posts, promotional text, and website articles.
Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
