Our client is looking for a talented and creative Digital Campaigns Executive to join their busy and dynamic Editorial Team. You will play a key role in supporting their digital portfolio and editorial team to ensure the seamless execution of digital content strategies and you'll have ample opportunities to enhance your business and creative skills.

Reporting to the Deputy Editor, you will be responsible for coordinating digital campaigns, managing content delivery and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities as Digital Campaigns Executive:

  • Manage sponsorship deliverables, maintain an inventory, provide updates, and report metrics to sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the backend of the website to upload and manage client adverts, ensuring they are properly displayed and run for the duration of their campaigns. Monitor and report on advert performance to clients and internal teams.
  • Check and manage email inboxes daily, responding promptly to any queries and ensuring all communications are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfil partnership deliverables.
  • Create and design visual assets for the website, emails, webinars, and social media using Canva, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Work with marketing and external agencies to incorporate visual elements that align with branding guidelines.
  • Analyse newsletter and webinar performance and recommend improvements.
  • Engage with the audience, suppliers, and industry participants to gather feedback and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate social media posts with the editorial and marketing team.
  • Support the promotion and production of multimedia content (webinars, podcasts, and video) and external events.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting improvements to enhance the digital content strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally experience with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot and Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Flair for digital design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
