We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our client, an established Technology Services business based near Wolverhampton.

As Head of Marketing, you will be a part of the Senior Management Team, developing and driving the marketing strategy to help drive the business objectives. You will help to drive the company's continued growth and expansion, as well as managing and developing a small team.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities include:

  • Create a robust and effective marketing strategy to help achieve business goals.
  • Develop and drive digital strategy, including content and social media marketing.
  • Manage the team to execute a wide variety of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Build awareness the business within the target audience.
  • Provide Sales tool kits including collateral and content to help conversion rates.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Utilise a variety of tactics - ABM, paid and organic social, website, webinars, events and email marketing - to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, conversion rates, attribution and pipeline growth and ROI.
  • Overseeing the management of annual marketing budgets.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing from a B2B business with three years of leadership experience.
  • Strong motivational leader with proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing  and budget management
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, sometimes with short deadlines, but the ability to plan long-term to meet commercial & strategic goals.

If successful you can expect a salary of £50,000 to £63,0000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table, along with a generous benefits package.
