Digital & Campaign Manager 

Manchester or Nottingham - Hybrid

Join a boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Manchester and Nottingham who are recognised for their commitment to customer satisfaction. They also develop fully bespoke software and provide low cost solutions through Microsoft platforms, empowering clients to stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive in their markets. 

Are you a Marketing Manager who embraces new technologies and has an IT or technology background. Experience in an MSP environment would be beneficial. You will become a key part of the team, improving the marketing plan and strategy alongside the Sales Director. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the Sales Director to create and execute the marketing strategy. 

  • Suggest innovative ideas for articles and blogs 

  • Manage social media activity and update the company website using  our Prismic CMS and other digital platforms. 

  • Deliver email campaigns and track key metrics to create marketing engagement reports and monitor campaign success. 

  • Create sales support and marketing literature, including original publications, insight reports, blogs, articles, and marketing collateral. 

  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring adherence to core values and brand guidelines. 

  • Collaborate and maintain relationship with outsourced web and brand creatives for continuous improvement to brand and collateral. 

Campaign Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives. 

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, search, and display advertising. 

Content Management: 

  • Create and oversee the production of engaging content for digital platforms. 

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. 

  • Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights for improvement. 

SEO/SEM: 

  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase website traffic and lead generation. 

Social Media Management: 

  • Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. 

  • Oversee social media content creation and community management. 

Budget Management: 

  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively. 

  • Monitor spending and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. 

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. 

Requirements: 

  • Good amount of experience in the full marketing mix. 

  • Embrace and interest in new technologies. 

  • Ambitious and curious nature to put your ideas into place. 

  • Creative yet professional approach to marketing projects.
