The Role:

As Project Manager, you're accountable for end-to-end project delivery within a flexible framework. You oversee project lifecycles, manage resources, and ensure effective communication. Your leadership drives success, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Head to decide project strategies, employing various documentation and controls for effective planning.
  • Ensure JIRA, Confluence, and eazyBI ETC reports are utilized optimally, maintaining updated records.
  • Maintain a log of Risks and Issues, actively working to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project progress, taking corrective actions when necessary, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, generate required outputs, and oversee the delivery team to ensure motivation and cohesion.
  • Identify and address obstacles, prioritize tasks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Project Management at a mid-senior level in a digital/tech environment, with the ability to assess and select appropriate methods.
  • Financial Management Expertise: Understanding pricing models, scoping, costing, and ensuring revenue accuracy.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Cross-departmental communication, technical translation, and team facilitation.
  • Strong Planning Abilities: Effective planning, forecasting, and progress communication.
  • Process Improvement Focus: Dedicated to process enhancement and outcome achievement.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Proactive problem ownership and collaborative resolution.
  • Delivery Momentum Maintenance: Understanding project phases, planning, tracking progress, and ensuring team commitment.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintaining cohesion, motivation, issue resolution, and delivery focus.
