Salary: up to £34K per annum.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with an evolving manufacturer.

In this role,  you will deliver impactful marketing content and help execute our brand / solutions positioning across offline and online channels. To drive awareness and engagement in line with annual strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our content marketing strategic plan in line with agreed priorities.
  • Shape the message – craft the core messages that deliver our solutions positioning.
  • Deliver the high quality, engaging content across identified priority areas of the business.
  • Content creation - create a wide variety of content - web, videos, presentations, sales support.
  • Promote content across online and offline channels – SEO, PPC, email campaigns.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content strategy development – develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Market research – conduct market research, competitor analysis and keyword research linked to content priorities, positioning and creation.
  • Content creation – produce high quality and engaging content across multiple formats (web, social, email) targeted to audience interests and pain points
  • Content calendar management – create and organise content in line with campaigns & events
  • Content distribution – leverage channels and platforms to maximise reach and visibility.
  • SEO and keywords – integrate core keywords to drive content performance.
  • Content promotion – develop promotional strategies i.e. paid advertising, social
  • Audience engagement – foster engagement with target audiences to nurture and build loyalty.
  • Performance tracking and analysis – monitor the performance of content i.e. engagement, conversion rates and ROI.
  • Content performance reporting – Prepare regular reports & dashboards to show impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends – best practice and emerging technologies in content marketing
  • Network effectively with commercial teams to prioritise and develop the understanding to develop our content plan in core areas.
  • Be a brand champion & custodian – ensuring consistency of brand guidelines.
  • Tone of voice – ensure all content is in line with brand ToV
  • Design – work with agencies to ensure content is on brand
  • To ensure company compliance at all levels with corporate ID policies
  • To conduct any other duties as requested to perform within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.

CORE MEASUREMENTS

  • Annual content plan delivered & signed off.
  • Deliver content calendar and reporting tools to measure content performance.
  • Delivery of solutions positioning content (web, presentations, video)
  • Delivery of automation support package (web, presentations, video)
  • Delivery of x content campaigns per annum


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
    • A confident, self-motivated person
    • Ability to build excellent relationships through teamwork
    • 3yrs+ content marketing experience
    • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
    • Track record of producing a variety of content
    • Video creation & editing would be an advantage
    • Strategic approach combined with tactical execution 
    • Strong planning and project management skills
    • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentational skills
    • Highly competent with Microsoft office.
    • Full UK drivers’ licence.
