About the Job
 
We’re looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing and Content Executive to support the Senior Marketing and Content manager within the marketing function, you’ll love getting to know our audience and delivering content that’s unique, engaging, and informative.

As Marketing and Content Executive you will create marketing collateral for sales-led activity across various purposes, including brochures, presentations, case studies, web content, videos, branding, promotional goods, events and other duties as required. 
 
The following will form your key responsibilities:

Content creation and management:
  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats such as LinkedIn/Twitter, landing pages, websites, videos, podcasts, marketing campaigns, and blogs.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and style guidelines.
  • Work in partnership with an in-house graphic designer to translate copy and storyboards into end visual concepts and design.
  • Structure and tell stories in a concise, coherent, and engaging way.
Content Distribution and promotion:
  • Use appropriate channels and platforms for content distribution, including social media and email marketing.
  • Manage Twitter / LinkedIn social media accounts.
  • Drive brand consistency across all company messaging.
  • Simplify detailed, complex briefs and translate them into customer-first language.
Collaboration and project management:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as design, to ensure content alignment and consistency.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.
  • Work with internal teams to dig out interesting stories and keep up with trends across the sectors. 
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality standards. 
About You
 
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!

Essential:
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular: PowerPoint and Word 
  • Graduate or equivalent calibre individual 
  • A portfolio of impressive copy content
  • Ability to adapt content for different personas and buyer journey stages
  • Ability to work as part of a team with writers, printers and SME’s to deliver end products
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a good command of grammar and style.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate original, engaging, and audience-centric content ideas.
  • A good understanding of content marketing best practices
Desirable but not essential:
  • Familiarity with Hubspot Marketing, Monday. com and
  • Wordpress
  • SEO principles and content optimisation knowledge would be a bonus
  • Experience with video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and uploading
  • Understanding of content analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for measuring content performance.
