Data Insight and CRM Manager

£55,000k plus excellent benefits

Full time permanent – WFH 3 -2

Location: Newcastle – North East

Our client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new Marketing Data Insight and CRM Manager appointment. 

You will work closely with multi-stakeholders across the organisation and deliver on Data insights + CRM projects that will drive loyalty and spend from the existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviewing the customer loyalty scheme and update it to drive demonstrable value to the business and all customer segments
  • Working with the loyalty and CRM partner you will manage customer journeys to create, maintain and grow customer database
  • management and ongoing reporting and optimisation of key lifecycle journeys, include onboarding and lapsing journeys as well as upsell, cross sell and reordering
  • Customer segmentation – Leading the communications strategy
  • Promotional Strategy – Managing our mix of site-wide sales
  • Customer Rewards Programme & Marketing lifecycles
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximise the outcomes of the performance channels. 
  • Manage & develop data- insights and have the experience of managing a sizeable media budgets / marketing plans 
  • Achieve all agreed client KPI’s targets and all financial targets agreed for the nominated accounts.
  • The Account Manager has a responsibility at all times to identify, develop and deliver added value and innovation from the accounts that they manage
  • Manage the client review process for the nominated client.
  • define and implement service management processes and measures
