Job Overview: My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at expanding our presence in the Rest of the World markets, particularly in Asia and the EU. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment after a 6-month probation period, allowing flexibility and a balance between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales in Asia and the EU.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in these regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in the target markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a manufacturing or international business context.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data to inform marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
