Insights Manager

Working for an agency who provide a range of specialist sales and marketing services to help brands sell more – through sales and marketing expertise covering field marketing, data and digital products, and consumer experiences.

Using EPOS analytics products to help clients improve availability and visibility while understanding their overall performance in multiple retail and convenience channels (field and head office level). Delivering smarter execution for shoppers.

The job

You will be working within an account team, supporting a leading FMCG tobacco product client (the team includes Analytics, Account Manager, Account Executive, and field sales team). Through unparalleled technology, advanced analytics, cross-industry data, and high-level expertise, providing intelligibility that helps leading brands and retailers commercially unlock business growth - Demonstrating how consumer, campaign & store data can support clients to use key data to create competitive insights.

Ideally you will be able to apply autonomy and problem-solving expertise - The candidate should have a track record of using advanced and inspirational insight to grow FMCG or retail business, along with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills to deliver a superb level of service to the client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages, executes, analyses, and presents findings from a variety of insight campaigns contracted by the client, along with recommendations, actions and identification of quantifiable new opportunities.
  • Improving relationships and client penetration, across all / other company functions to deliver an all-round client experience.
  • Providing all business performance metrics and financial reports

Requirements

  • Experience in the application of market measurement data including shopper. Ability to articulate complex technical knowledge of solutions in a simple impactful manner.
  • Effective team player and proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
  • Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks strongly both internally and externally. Strong project and workload management and proactive management of stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to proactively manage a client relationship and drive improvements in client satisfaction. Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients at all levels when helping solve/manage content deliverables and critical business challenges.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to use appropriate method to communicate with clients, professional presence, ability to understand and respond to another’s point of view.
  • Strong commercial acumen: appreciation of contractual obligations, financial reporting, corporate policies and input into business planning.

Location

This role will be predominantly work from home with the requirement to travel (expensed) to the client’s offices in West London weekly (or as often as possible) 

Salary - 40-50k + up to 10 % bonus

Benefits - BUPA + 25-day holiday (+BH’s) + holiday purchase scheme + Life insurance + contributary pension (Employee 5% - Employer 4%)
