Marketing Coordinator – Photonics – Hertfordshire – IM3360

Job Outline:

A market leader in the development of Photonic products is now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their MARCOM Europe team.

Based at their facility in Hertfordshire, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and coordinate agreed marketing projects to support the company’s business goals.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Europe team to deliver MARCOM projects on time and within budget.

Ensuring you keep the company project planning tool up to date, you will communicate deadlines to the MarCom team and other stakeholders and monitor to ensure that content is submitted to media channels on time and within the agreed deadlines.

You will also need to act as the interface to external suppliers and media channels. In addition, you will also act as the interface to local marketing colleagues at other European Offices.

This role would suit a team player with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and planning skills, and the ability to forge effective working relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with the MARCOM Europe team, and report to the Marketing Communications Manager.

Experience:

Ideally you will have two or more years of relevant work experience within a marketing role where you have worked with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in B2B Marketing.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline is required.

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.
