Account Director - Healthcare Communications

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our client, an award-winning creative communications agency. The Account Director will work closely with the Group Account Director to elevate the agency's full-service offering and ensure client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing client brand plans and strategies, overseeing daily operations of key client accounts, shaping agency responses to client briefs, and leading a team to manage workflow through agency and client review platforms.
You should be a highly motivated individual who can inspire a team to exceed client expectations and drive business growth. You must also have a natural curiosity, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in creative communications and healthcare to deliver impactful solutions across various marketing levels - local, international, and global.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client brand plans and strategies
- Oversee day-to-day running of key client accounts
- Lead agency responses to client briefs
- Manage team to ensure workflow efficiency
- Identify business opportunities and lead on pitches and proposals
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of agency or client-side experience
- Experience in healthcare sector a must
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and project management software
- Degree in science, business, or marketing preferred
