We are seeking a talented creative Producer to join our client's expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to produce a diverse range of work including live action, branded content, editorial & corporate films, graphics, and animation – collaborating with a dynamic and creative team.

Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of the creative processes involved in producing work for a variety of clients, with a specific focus on toy ads – encompassing writing, directing, and editing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and communicate effectively with internal and external staff as well as clients throughout projects, making key decisions, and fostering a positive working environment.

Our preferred candidate will have at least 4 years of prior experience in a fast-paced and creative environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work independently and as part of a team.

Our clients include a range of well-known companies such as Audible, Honda, TOMY, Netflix, Boots, Paramount Pictures, Amazon Prime, Warner Brothers, Aston Martin, Walt Disney, and more.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a variety of production projects from concept creation to post-production, working closely with our creative team.
• Collaborate with the entire team to deliver high-standard work on time and within budget.
• Take a proactive approach to budgeting and margin management for projects.
• Attend client briefing meetings and take responsibility for action items.
• Create detailed production documents such as call sheets, scripts, storyboards, and treatments to manage project workflow.
• Continuously improve filming techniques, distribution, and live facilities expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, suggesting additional services where appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development.
• Develop a comprehensive database of freelance contacts and suppliers.
• Contribute to new business development by identifying potential clients and enhancing service offerings.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 4-5 years of production experience across various clients and projects.
• Proven ability to generate creative ideas across different genres.
• Experience in commercial advertising, especially toy commercials.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Desire to take ownership of project activity and quality of work.
• Preferably experienced in live producing and post-production tools.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Deliver high-quality output for projects and clients.
• Manage projects efficiently within budget and deadlines.
• Receive feedback from senior team members at regular intervals.
• Formal performance reviews after three months and annually.
