£25,000 - £30,000/annum

Purpose:

The core objective of this position is to oversee and innovate our social media and marketing efforts. The role demands creativity and engagement, with a primary focus on crafting and executing social media campaigns that reflect our company's values, ambitions, and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead social media management efforts, including content creation, community engagement, content scheduling, and boosting engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Houzz, and Archello.
  • Develop content for email marketing.
  • Handle print marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and product labels.
  • Drive sales lead generation through effective marketing, aiding the sales team in meeting their targets.
  • Enhance brand and product visibility to local and national audiences.
  • Produce regular blog posts and innovative content for the company blog and customer learning hub.
  • Package and send samples packs.
  • Engage customers through creative campaigns via post, email, or phone.
  • Design new product imagery and contribute to ongoing website enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree or previous experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in social media management, spreadsheets, content planning.
  • Must be skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Must use Canva and Hootsuite
  • Proficient in Wix Website Development
  • An acute eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and blog management.

  • Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm.
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques and campaign development from inception to delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using social media and web applications to enhance marketing efforts and corporate branding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player, eager to collaborate with the sales team to generate leads.
