THE ROLE

Fast-paced role to support the Head of Marketing across company-owned ambassador and partnership programs. The Senior Influencer Executive will lead, develop and execute our influencer strategy and manage our influencer activity and campaigns with the aim of increasing brand strength, engagements, and conversions in both the UK & internationally.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIE

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to refine and implement the Ambassador Programme/Strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key ambassadors and VIP’s to secure long-term partnerships and advocacy for the brand.
  • Lead on “Face Of” partnerships/Ambassador x Product collaborations.
  • Strategically engage with VIP influencers to drive brand loyalty and amplify brand presence across various channels.
  • Lead the development & execution of creative marketing briefs tailored to specific creator campaigns aimed at maximizing conversion rates and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  • Ideate and co-create engaging content with ambassadors & educators that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand story.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure content meets brand guidelines and objectives.

NANO INFLUENCER PROGRAMS:

  • Develop and implement programs targeting nano influencers to tap into & amplify brand reach at a grassroots level.
  • Identify and onboard emerging talent with high engagement and potential for long-term collaboration.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Lead the development and execution of US creator partnership programme tailored to the unique market dynamics in the US.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize strategies.

GIFTING PROGRAM:

  • Manage and oversee the gifting program, ensuring strategic allocation of products to influencers aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor gifting outcomes and track ROI to optimise future gifting initiatives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing role, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • ⁠Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally
