Head of Marketing - Branding and Campaigns

Salary: £70K + Bonus + Benefit

Location: Central London- 2/3 days a week onsite

A leading fintech firm is seeking a talented Head of Brand and campaigns to drive marketing initiatives and help achieve their ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow awareness of the company's brand (online and offline).
• Working with the team to create effective marketing strategies, resulting in an increase in sales and new clients.
• Owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistency throughout the team.
• Manage internal communications
• Report and develop KPI's.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
• Event Management
• Staff development and training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience (B2B)
• Financial/ Payment services marketing experience
• Strong social media knowledge
• Good knowledge of marketing technology tools
• Management of people experience
• Degree or CIM diploma
