Your role is to support our initiative, we are looking for a proactive, and passionate individual to join the team and help take us to the next level and support our growth plans by being responsible for the clients and accounts happiness and health as well as onboarding new clients.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to establish accurate implementation expectations for digital marketing, PPC, SEO, paid media, and organic offerings.
• Manage post-sales relationships and oversee the onboarding process.
• Identify growth opportunities with current clients.
• Utilise data tools to optimise clients’ digital marketing capabilities.
• Establish a pipeline for monitoring and communication to ensure sustained client engagement.
• Exceed revenue and deal volume targets by initiating new revenue-generating opportunities and initiatives.
• Address integration issues and conduct quality assurance on client integrations.

What will you bring to the table? 

• Previous experience as a Customer/Client Success Manager
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and agency offerings
• Excellent communication skills: phone, presentation, written and listening.
• Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
