ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd is searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Coventry as a social media and CRM Executive. This is a Permanent position with the flexibility of flexitime, allowing for a work schedule that suits your lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, CRM systems, and digital marketing. This role is also an, in person / office position.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

   - Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.

   - Create and curate content for social media competitions to enhance audience engagement.

   - Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging.

2. CRM System Management:

   - Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and enhance customer experience.

   - Extract insights and data from the CRM system to drive informed decision-making.

3. Email Marketing:

   - Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

   - Develop targeted and personalized content for email campaigns to drive engagement.

4. Meta Business Suite: 

   - Utilize Meta Business Suite for effective social media content scheduling and analytics.

5. Google Business Page:

   - Manage and optimize the Google Business Page for increased visibility and positive reviews.

6. Website Management:

   - Oversee back-end website management, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.

   - Basic knowledge of HTML to assist in web-related tasks (HTML proficiency is beneficial).

7. Canva:

-        Proficiently design graphics and visual content using Canva to enhance online presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in social media management, CRM systems, and email marketing.

- Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Business Page.

- Knowledge of back-end website management; HTML proficiency is beneficial.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
