The Role

NXT are looking for someone who can cover all aspects of marketing with a focus on social media and event organisation, excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an exceptional eye for detail.  This is a unique opportunity to join an emerging team of professionals working as a key member within the current marketing and e commerce team. 

Key Duties

• Grow our social media platforms- Responsible for social media in the UK.  Supporting with engaging content, connecting with influencers, scheduling and community management.
• Effective implementation of the group marketing plan and its implementation and evaluation.
• Liaise with external creative teams including graphic designers and SEO consultants to ensure efficiency on the marketing plan.
• Co-ordinating marketing and internal communication initiatives including meetings, PR support, internal announcments, and communications
• Writing, proof reading and amending to articles, press releases and generic marketing materials prior to production.
• Completing appropriate marketing and communications reasearch to allow informed decisons to be made by the senior leadership team
• Be actively involved with the organisation and evaluation of events which take place throughout the year
• Support in administering the comapny websites across the different business areas
• Continually look for ways to improve and develop the deparment and enhance customer and client experience.

Requirements

• A marketing qualification or equivilent experience 
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to use initiative 
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and collected
