Location: London office/flexible hybrid working 

Salary: Up to £60K depending on experience, plus benefits including fully flexible approach to hybrid working (flexibility on number of days in office), pension, access to industry memberships and purpose led industry initiatives, and extra paid holiday for charity work/volunteering.

About the Media Planning Director role

The new Media Planning Director will lead on full funnel media strategy development across an exciting mix of clients.  

Key Responsibilities for the Media Planning Director: 

  • Develop creative and innovative TTL media strategies.
  • Utilise tools such as TGI to uncover insights that lead to innovative comms strategies.
  • Write and present compelling client facing decks.
  • Line manage two media managers, developing and mentoring them.
  • Lead the agency's ethical media offering, developing ethical and sustainable media solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with creative team internally to bring creativity to media strategies and plans.

About you, the Media Planning Director

You'll be a talented media professional with multi-channel experience and motivated by driving positive impact, looking to join an agency striving to be the number one ethical independent agency in the industry.

Skills and experience ideally needed for the Media Planning Director role:

  • TTL full funnel media planning experience.
  • Ability to develop strategic, creative and innovative plans.
