Townsend McCormack is a London based commercial insurance brokers that specialises in Commercial & Property, Engineering & Contractors, Life & Pensions, Schools & Education insurance cover. We are looking for motivated individual who wants to improve their income and invest in a successful career.

About You:

You will utilise a logical approach and telephone prospective clients to see if they fit our client profile.

Subsequently you can arrange to speak to the finance director to identify if our services are of interest to him. You can than arrange a suitable date for one of the brokers to meet/call the prospective client.

By simply recording your progress we will be able to follow your lead.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments with you colleagues where the clients’ needs are best placed withing the area
  • Maximise outbound call campaigns
  • Manage and profile Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each perspective client whilst keeping the wider business informed
  • Manage efficiently your workload and accurately record your time.

Key Competencies & Experience

  • Experience in research role would be beneficial.
  • Ability to focus on performance targets and meet them.
  • Mature attitude to fulfilling the task.
  • Knowledge of search engines, methodologies and techniques for managing Lead Generation Campaigns.
  • Ability to produce clear written reports of monthly activity with summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
