SEO Executive – Liverpool - £28.000 - £38.000

I am working with a fantastic straight talking agency based in Liverpool, they are looking to add an SEO Executive to join their team of SEO gurus, this is an SEO role, not a combined role so only SEO experts need apply.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency who are straight talking and love what they do, they don’t sugar coat anything, they really are a group of people who love what they do.

As an SEO Executive, reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving organic traffic growth and involved in strategic planning of Search campaigns
• Pro-actively identifying opportunities for organic search
• Working collaboratively with other departments within the company, such as Digital marketing, Development and Sales/support team.
• Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities and improvements
• Using a range of tools to audit, monitor, evaluate, report and address issues
• Benchmarking SEO performance against competitors
• Getting involved in site migrations (301s, site mapping and navigations)
• Conducting technical SEO and link audits
• Communicating progress and reporting results
• Content planning and optimisation for new and existing pages/articles
• Keeping up to date with the latest news within the Search industry

About You

As a positive and passionate individual, you will have 2 years of experience in a technical SEO role, including:

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of SEO and clearly communicate complex subjects to all areas of the business
• Familiarity with ranking algorithms
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmasters, SEMRush, Search Metrics and more
• Practical experience of on-site SEO, site visibility, and technical SEO audits
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Strong understanding of keyword analysis, organic search, and reviewing competitors to compile reports of suggestions and improvements
• Planning, sourcing, and analysis of link building initiatives
• Planning sourcing and analysis of content strategy
• Weekly & Monthly reporting

Knowledge of social media, email marketing and paid search would be beneficial.
