Location : Peterborough ( Office based ) 

Salary : £23000 - £26000 

Essential : 1 year Paid Social Media Marketing experience required  

• Are you data focused with a keen eye for analysing campaigns?
• Do you have a track record of creating and optimising successful performance marketing campaigns for clients? 

Your main focus will be effectively managing client campaigns with a focus on lead generation and maximising ROAS. Your day-to-day duties will include planning, executing, and optimising our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating and managing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Role

• Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve client targets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies.
• Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager campaigns from conception to execution.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on key metrics, including CTR, CPA and ROI.
• Utilise data analysis tools to track, measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.

We are looking for: 

• Proven experience in planning, implementing and optimising marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager and other relevant advertising platforms.
• A track record of delivering measurable results and achieving target KPIs.
