Account Manager / Business Development Consultant - Merseyside area

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment firm based in Merseyside as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Officer. Due to phenomenal growth the team is expanding across several key departments, and we are hoping to speak to talented and ambitious people with a strong business management and/or Consultative Sales background. We are looking for people who embody a “Customer Centric” approach in all aspects of their work. Whether this is through written communication, phone calls or video meetings, customer service is at the heart of the business, and you must be able to demonstrate the same attitude.

This is an exciting and varied role, liaising with a range of UK and Global Stakeholders and professional service providers, to ensure Client Satisfaction is perfect. There is a best in class CRM which makes life easier, but you would be the crucial contact for all parties and use your personable approach, common sense and commercial acumen to maintain the highest standards of customer engagement. 

Full Training will be provided in a thorough induction, as this business has an impressive portfolio of Investment Options unrivalled in the UK – and this role would suit people who enjoy learning new things and being able to work to deadlines and finishing tasks accurately.
