We have a fantastic opportunity for an eLearning Specialist to join our high performing and friendly Learning and Development (L&D) team. Reporting to the People and Organisational Development Manager, this is a great opportunity to design, develop, and implement engaging online learning experiences for both our employees and external business partners.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity by producing engaging courses that offer product and technical training to our business partners. In addition, whilst working closely with subject matter experts, you'll curate a library of role-specific learning content, including on-demand self-guided courses, blended learning modules, and resources to support the technical expertise and capability development of our employees.

The successful candidate will work autonomously to create compelling learning content, whilst helping shape our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the evolving needs of our learners. You will primarily interact with the L&D team and subject matter experts across the business in developing and delivering digital training required to satisfy business and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:


•           Designing and developing interactive eLearning modules, courses, and materials using authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
•           Creating and editing multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, videos, and animations, to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.
•           Ensuring eLearning content is inclusive and accessible.
•           Conducting quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and usability of eLearning courses.
•           Supporting the ongoing management of our learning management system (LMS) and provide technical support to users as needed.
•           Evaluating the effectiveness of eLearning programmes through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
•           Remaining current with eLearning trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our training offerings.

About You:

We are keen to hear from candidates with proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are key within this role, and you will have the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and adapt your style based on the audience.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative learning solutions, as well as project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
