We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Rollo. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline, as well as work on various marketing projects for clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for building connections, and the ability to identify and engage with potential customers. The Role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and networking events.

- Utilise marketing automation and CRM systems to track, manage and qualify leads.

Outreach and Engagement

- Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels.

- Nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on products or services.

Qualification

- Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the target customer profile.

- Collaborate with the rest of the team to determine the readiness of leads for conversion.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Customer Education:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

Qualifications and Skills.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
