The successful Marketing Director will develop long range marketing strategies and tactics that include branding, messaging, market research, promotion, and other activities to drive sales of company products and services.

The role will involve:

• Formulating a cohesive global and local marketing strategies that drive sales growth to assist company in profitably achieving it's sales and margin objectives.
• Uses customer segmentation, market data, and competitor intelligence to effectively position and promote the company, its products and services with internal and external stakeholders, using a comprehensive mix of digital and offline channels (i.e. email, direct mail, video, PR, advertising, events, social media, telemarketing, etc.)
• Support Customer-Back Innovation/product development through voice of customer discovery, and market research/analysis activities which influence the development of new products and services. Ensuring that product value proposition messages are effectively and consistently communicated globally.
• Champion the company brands and take responsibility for companies online presence, ensuring consistency of brand look/feel and uses digital platforms to drive sales leads.

To be successful in this role of Marketing Director we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Significant experience working in a marketing and/or product management capacity, developing and implementing long term marketing strategies.
• Previous experience of managing and developing a team as well as managing budgets.
• Experience working within a B2B environment and being able to clearly articulate and communicate the product value proposition.
• High level of commercial awareness and sales process.
