Polytec are looking for a Marketing and Events Co-ordinator for our client based in Ely. European travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Planning, conception, organisation and promotion of trade show appearances and events throughout Europe

* Co-ordinate all marketing related activities

* Support and grow communication both internally and externally

* Create / co-ordinate the creation of image / video material for products

* Maintain and expand communication with EU customers through social media

* Create target group relevant content

* Develop and conduct marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales of specific existing or new product families

Requirements:

* Experience in a Marketing, PA or Co-ordinator role

* Availability (including weekends) to help set up tradeshows, with focus on large (booth) tradeshows

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to approach situations with a customer orientated focus

* Excellent organisational skills, time-management and attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Ability to collaborate with colleagues from multi disciplines across global offices

* Willing to travel to European offices up to 4 weeks per year
